Returning to Australia after working in London, Liana joined Today in 2021, with her first projects being for Bunnings and Greenpeace.
Liana has a broad working history, having held roles at global tech start-ups, state government departments, universities and NGOs. Having honed her experience in strategy and process, digital product design, community engagement, research and brand development, Liana has a deep knowledge of user experience and digital product design.
Talking things out, directly with the client and also the users to find out about their experiences, is what helps Liana untangle the problem. A warm person with fantastic communication skills, she also has an analytical mind and lashings of creativity.
