Adrienne Halsall

Service Designer

Adi has a deep understanding of design thinking and directs research that informs valuable service and design solutions. Her strengths lie in relational thinking, being able to join the dots in the detail, while seeing the bigger systemic picture.

She was integral to the user research and testing done for WorkSafe’s new website development, along with WorkWell, WorkSafe’s mental health toolkit for businesses. Adi worked to shift the organisation to a customer-led approach, helping them to focus on the customer experience. She also was the Service Designer on several projects for HESTA, including HESTA Vulnerable Members, where Adi created storytelling artefacts to tell member stories to build empathy within the organisation.

Adi excels at working collaboratively to discover transformative opportunities for the betterment of organisations, their customers and society at large. Having completed her Honours in Communication Design, she was a project member for a global innovation project which was part of the ME310 Stanford University program.
